Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NewBuildLeads. Because our Service provides immediate access to proprietary project intelligence and municipal data, we have established the following policy regarding payments and refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our project reports and the immediate delivery of proprietary data, NewBuildLeads does not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing. Once access to the data has been provided or a report has been delivered, the Service is considered "rendered," and the transaction is non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You are in control of your subscription and may cancel at any time.
How to Cancel: To avoid your next scheduled charge, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date by logging into your Customer Account on our website and selecting the "Subscriptions" tab.
Access After Cancellation: You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after a cancellation.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
NewBuildLeads aggregates data from public records and municipal filings. While we strive for the highest level of accuracy, "stale" or "incorrect" data at the source does not constitute grounds for a refund. Our Service is an intelligence tool provided on an "as-is" basis.
4. Billing Disputes
Subscribers are responsible for managing their own subscription tiers. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, please do so via your Customer Account or contact us for assistance. NewBuildLeads is not responsible for multiple subscriptions purchased under the same account.
If you believe you have been charged in error for any reason, please contact us at support@newbuildleads.ca within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We aim to resolve all legitimate billing errors promptly.
